Notice of Prepayments. The Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent in the form of a Prepayment Notice of any prepayment of any Loan hereunder not later than 12:00 noon (New York City time) one (1) Business Day before the date of prepayment. Each such Prepayment Notice shall be irrevocable (other than to the extent provided in connection with refinancing the Obligations) and shall specify the prepayment date and the principal amount of each Loan or portion thereof to be prepaid.
