Notice of Prepayments. The Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent by telephone (confirmed by telecopy) of any prepayment of the principal amount of the Loans hereunder not later than 11:00 a.m., New York City time, three Business Days before the date of prepayment in the case of a prepayment under Section 2.06(a) (except to cure a Default or Event of Default), and not later than 11:00 a.m., New York City time, on the date of prepayment (which shall be a Business Day) in the case of a prepayment under Section 2.06(b) or any prepayment being made to cure a Default or Event of Default. Each such notice shall be irrevocable and shall specify the prepayment date, the aggregate principal amount of the Loans to be prepaid.
