Notice of Purchases. Without limiting the restrictions in Section 10.2 herein, each Purchaser shall notify PixTech as to such Purchaser's acquisition of additional shares of Voting Stock, or rights thereto within two (2) days after such acquisitions, regardless of whether such transaction is otherwise required to be reported under law. Such notice shall be made in accordance with Section 11.1 herein.
