Notice of Redemption; Conditional Notice. At least 30 days but not more than 90 days before a Redemption Date, the Company shall mail or cause to be mailed a notice of redemption by first-class mail, postage prepaid, to each Holder of Securities to be redeemed at the Holder's last address, as it appears on the Register. A copy of such notice shall be mailed to the Trustee when the notice is mailed to Holders of Securities. At the Company's written request, the Trustee shall give the notice of redemption in the Company's name and at its expense. The notice shall identify the Securities (by series and by certificate number) to be redeemed, the provision of the Securities or this Indenture pursuant to which the Securities called for redemption are being redeemed and shall state:
