Notice of Redemption; Selection of Securities. (a) The election of the Company to redeem any Securities shall be evidenced by a Board Resolution which shall be given with notice of redemption to the Trustee at least 45 days (or such shorter period acceptable to the Trustee in its sole discretion) prior to the redemption date specified in such notice.
