Notice of Redemption to Noteholders. In the case of an Optional Redemption, upon receipt of the Optional Redemption notice set forth in Section 11.02(a), the Trustee shall provide notice thereof with a copy of such notice of redemption pursuant to Section 11.01 by first class mail or courier delivery, dispatched no later than five (5) Business Days following the date on which such notice was provided, to each Noteholder (at its address in the Note Register). In the case of the Auction Call Redemption, the Trustee shall, as soon as reasonably practical after award to the Winning Bidder at the Auction and, in any event, prior to the Redemption Date, provide notice thereof by first class mail or courier delivery to each Noteholder (at its address in the Note Register).
