To request any Borrowing of Revolving Loans on behalf of any Borrower, the Company shall give notice to the Administrative Agent, in accordance with Section 2.3(c), by no later than (i) 12:00 p.m. at least three (3) Business Days before the date on which the Company requests the Lenders to advance a Borrowing of Eurodollar Loans, and (ii) 12:00 p.m. on the date the Company requests the Lenders to advance a Borrowing of Base Rate Loans.
