Notice of Right to Cancel. You may request a refund on your enrollment fee if it’s done within five (5) calendar days from the date of enrollment. If you cancel, any enrollment fees paid will be returned within TEN BUSINESS DAYS following receipt by the Company of your cancellation notice. To cancel this transaction, mail or deliver written notice, to Magneceutical Health, LLC, 000 Xxxxx Xx X., Xxxxx 000, Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx 00000, or email notification to xxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx, not later than midnight of the fifth calendar day following the date of this Agreement.
