Notice of Section 83(b) Election. If Holder desires to make an election under Section 83(b) of the Code relating to the award of Restricted Units, Holder shall notify the General Partner or its delegate of such election within 30 days of the Date of Grant. Holder shall be solely responsible for making such a Section 83(b) election and satisfying all notice and filing requirements under the Code.
