To the extent that the Servicer delegates any of its servicing duties pursuant to Section 5.07 of the Transfer and Servicing Agreement, other than to Household Corporation or an affiliate thereof, the Issuer shall provide, or cause to be provided, written notice to Standard & Poor's of such a delegation of servicing duties by the Servicer.
