Notice of Substitution or Replacement of Airframe. If the Subordination Agent, in its capacity as a holder of Equipment Notes issued under an Indenture, receives a notice of substitution of a Substitute Airframe (as defined in such Indenture) pursuant to Section 7.04(e) of such Indenture, a notice of substitution of a Substitute Aircraft (as defined in such Indenture) pursuant to Section 7.04(f) of such Indenture or a notice of delivery of a Replacement Airframe (as defined in such Indenture) pursuant to Section 7.05(a) of such Indenture, the Subordination Agent shall promptly (i) provide a copy of such notice to each Trustee, each Liquidity Provider and each Rating Agency and (ii) direct each Trustee to post such notice on DTC’s Internet bulletin board or make such other commercially reasonable efforts as the Subordination Agent may deem appropriate to make the contents of such notice available to all Certificateholders.
