Common use of Notice of Successor Agent Clause in Contracts

Notice of Successor Agent. Upon acceptance of appointment by a successor Agent as provided herein, Parent and Exchangeco shall cause to be mailed notice of the succession of such Agent hereunder to each Beneficiary specified in a List. If Parent or Exchangeco shall fail to cause such notice to be mailed within 10 days after acceptance of appointment by the successor Agent, the successor Agent shall cause such notice to be mailed at the expense of Parent and Exchangeco.
