Notice of Supplemental Agreements. After any supplemental agreement under this Article becomes effective, the Company shall give to the Holders a notice briefly describing such supplemental agreement; provided, however, that the failure to give such notice to all Holders, or any defect therein, shall not impair or affect the validity of such supplemental agreement.
