Common use of Notice of Supplemental Indentures and Waivers Clause in Contracts

Notice of Supplemental Indentures and Waivers. Promptly after (i) the execution by the Company and the Trustee of any supplemental indenture pursuant to the provisions of Section 9.2 hereof or (ii) a waiver under Section 5.13 or 10.20 hereof becomes effective, the Company shall give notice thereof to the Holders of each Outstanding Security affected, in the manner provided for in Section 15.5 hereof, setting forth in general terms the substance of such supplemental indenture or waiver, as the case may be.
