Common use of Notice of Suspension or Debarment Clause in Contracts

Notice of Suspension or Debarment. Seller represents and warrants that as of the date of award of this Subcontract neither Seller nor Seller Parties have been suspended, debarred, or declared ineligible by any agency or Department of the Government. Seller further agrees to provide immediate notice to Buyer in the event of being suspended, debarred, or declared ineligible by any agency or Department of the Government, or upon receipt of a notice of proposed suspension or debarment from any agency or Department of the Government during performance of this Subcontract.
