Termination of Employee’s employment by Matador for Just Cause or by Employee for Good Reason or other than for Good Reason shall be accompanied by written notice of the reason for such termination. Such notice shall indicate a specific termination provision in this Agreement which is relied upon, describe the basis for such termination, if any, and the Date of Termination. If Employee’s employment is terminated by Employee other than for Good Reason, the Date of Termination shall be not less than thirty (30) days following such written notice. As used in this Agreement, “Date of Termination” shall mean a “Separation from Service” as defined in Section 16 hereof.
