Notice of Termination for Felony or BOE Termination Event. Unless first terminated by a written notice of the Board, termination of the Executive's employment for a Felony or BOE Termination Event (as defined below) shall be effected by delivery of a written notice of termination from Busco Capital, Inc., the holder of the Series A Preferred Stock of Atlantic ("Busco") to the Executive, which notice shall specify the event or events set forth in Section 4.2 giving rise to such termination (the "Notice of Termination").
