Notice of Termination if Water Taken Without Authority. The Company shall be entitled at any time to immediately terminate these Terms and the SFW Agreement by notice given to the Shareholder if the Shareholder takes Excess Water without prior authorisation from the Company, but the Shareholder shall remain liable for all monies owing and for any antecedent breach these Terms and the SFW Agreement up to the date of termination of these Terms and the SFW Agreement.
