Notice of Termination Modification. OP58-5 Notice shall be in writing and shall be sufficient if sent by certified mail addressed (if to the Union) to the President of the Union; and (if to the University) addressed to the Employee Relations Director, or to any such address as the Union or the University may make available to each other. WAGE/RANGE ADJUSTMENTS OP59-1 2019-20: $500 non-base lump sum payment effective as of the first full pay period that includes July 1, 2019 for all members of the bargaining unit on the active payroll as of June 30, 2019. 2020-21: Effective as of the first full pay period that includes July 1, 2020, for each member of the bargaining unit on the active payroll as of June 30, 2020, wage rates will be increased to match the increase* provided for P&A staff for 2020-21. 2021-22: Effective as of the first full pay period that includes July 1, 2021, for each member of the bargaining unit on the active payroll as of June 30, 2021, wage rates will be increased to match the increase* provided for P&A staff for 2021-22. OP59-3 Wage ranges shown below are effective as of 07/01/19. For the term of this Agreement, Range Minimums will be adjusted by the same percentage as any base wage increase resulting from application of the “Same as P&A” provisions in OP59-1 for those respective periods.

OP59-3 Wage ranges shown below are effective as of 07/01/19for 2016-17 reflect a 2.0% increase at the Minimums. For the term of this Agreement2017-18 and/or 2018- 19, Range Minimums will be adjusted by the same percentage as any base wage increase resulting from application of the “Same as P&Ame, too” provisions in OP59-1 for those respective periods.
