Common use of Notice of Termination Clause in Contracts

Notice of Termination. Any termination of the Executive’s employment by the Company or by the Executive (other than termination by reason of the Executive’s death) shall be communicated by written Notice of Termination to the other party of this Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, a A “Notice of Termination” shall mean a written notice which shall indicate stating that Executive or the specific termination provision in this Agreement relied upon and shall set forth in reasonable detail Company, as the facts and circumstances claimed case may be, is electing to provide a basis for termination of the terminate Executive’s employment under with the provision so indicatedCompany (and thereby terminating the Employment Period), and stating the proposed effective date of such termination.

Notice of Termination. Any termination of the Executive’s 's employment by the Company H&H or by the Executive (other than termination by reason of the Executive’s death) shall be communicated by written Notice of Termination to the other party of this Agreementhereto in accordance with Section 8 hereof. For purposes of this Agreement, a “"Notice of Termination” " shall mean a written notice which shall indicate indicating the specific termination provision in this Agreement relied upon and shall set setting forth in reasonable detail the facts and circumstances claimed to provide a basis for termination of the Executive’s 's employment under the provision so indicated.

Notice of Termination. Any termination by the Company of the Executive’s employment by the Company for Cause pursuant to Section 2.2 hereof or by the Executive (other than termination by reason of the due to Executive’s death) Disability pursuant to Section 2.3 hereof, shall be communicated to Executive by written Notice of Termination to the other party of this Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, a “Notice of Termination” shall mean a written notice of termination which shall indicate indicates the specific termination provision provisions in this Agreement relied upon and shall set which sets forth in reasonable detail the facts and circumstances claimed to provide a basis for termination of the Executive’s employment under the provision provisions so indicated. For purposes of this Agreement, no such purported termination by the Company shall be effective without such written notice of termination.
