NOTICE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Licensee shall inform the Members of the terms and conditions of this License Agreement as outlined in sections 3 [Permitted Uses] and 4 [Prohibited Uses]. Members shall use reasonable efforts to provide Authorized Users with appropriate notice of the terms and conditions under which access to the Licensed Materials is granted under this License Agreement including, in particular, any limitations on access or use of the Licensed Materials as set forth in this License Agreement.
