Notice of the Investor's intention to accept Sample Clauses

Notice of the Investor's intention to accept an Offer shall be evidenced by a writing signed by the Investor and delivered to the Company prior to the end of the Offer Period (the "Notice of Acceptance"). Within 20 days -------------------- after receipt by the Company of such Notice of Acceptance, the Company shall sell and the Investor shall purchase the Offered Securities in respect of which the Notice of Acceptance was delivered, upon the terms and conditions of the Offer.
