Notice of Third-Party Infringements by Licensed Products. Licensee, on behalf of itself and Permitted Sublicensees, shall promptly notify Parent of all claims by third parties made against or to Licensee or any Permitted Sublicensee involving alleged infringement by the Licensed Products of such third parties’ Intellectual Property or Trademark rights of which it becomes aware.
