Common use of Notice of Transfer Certificates Clause in Contracts

Notice of Transfer Certificates. The Agent shall promptly notify the Arrangers, the Lenders, the Hermes Agent, the Trustee, the Transferee, the Borrower and the Guarantor upon the execution by it of any Transfer Certificate together with details of the amount transferred, the Transfer Date and the parties to such transfer.
