Notice of Unauthorized Disclosure. Receiving Party shall notify, Disclosing Party of any disclosure not authorized hereunder of which it becomes aware. In such situations, Receiving Party shall take and shall require each such unauthorized recipient to take reasonable steps to prevent any further disclosure or unauthorized use.
