Notice of Unusual Closure of Premises. Retailer agrees to notify Lottery, accord with Subsection 17.6, at least 14 days in advance of any unusual closure of the Premises which will continue for five or more days. Unusual circumstances may include, but are not limited to, closures for vacation, remodeling, repairs, or emergencies.
