Common use of Notice of U.S. Dollar Eurodollar Rate Clause in Contracts

Notice of U.S. Dollar Eurodollar Rate. If any U.S. Bid Borrowing is to consist of U.S. Eurodollar Margin Bid Loans, the Administrative Agent shall determine the U.S. Dollar Eurodollar Rate for the relevant Interest Period, and promptly after making such determination, shall notify the U.S. Borrower and the Lenders that will be participating in such U.S. Bid Borrowing of such U.S. Dollar Eurodollar Rate.
