Seller has received no written notice from any governmental agency and has no knowledge that the Property or the use thereof violates any governmental law or regulation, nor has Seller received any notice from the property owners’ association under the CC&Rs or acquired knowledge regarding any violation of any covenants or restrictions encumbering the Property or from any insurance company or underwriter of any defect that would materially adversely affect the insurability of the Property or cause an increase in insurance premiums.
