Common use of Notice of Voluntary Increase Clause in Contracts

Notice of Voluntary Increase. If the Board of Directors determines to increase the Conversion Rate pursuant to Section 10(g)(i), then, no later than the first Business Day of the related twenty (20) Business Day period referred to in Section 10(g)(i), the Company will send notice to each Holder of such increase to the Conversion Rate, the amount thereof and the period during which such increase will be in effect.
