Notice of Voluntary Increases. If the Board of Directors determines to increase the Exchange Rate pursuant to Section 5.06(A), then, no later than the first Business Day of the related twenty (20) Business Day period referred to in Section 5.06(A), the Company will send notice to each Holder, the Trustee and the Exchange Agent of such increase, the amount thereof and the period during which such increase will be in effect.
