NOTICE OF VOLUNTARY TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT. Unless otherwise stated in Employee’s offer letter of employment, Employee agrees to use reasonable efforts to provide the Company fourteen (14) days written notice of Employee’s intent to terminate Employee’s Employment; provided, however, that this provision shall not change the at-will nature of the employment relationship between Employee and the Company. It shall be within the Company’s sole discretion to determine whether Employee should continue to perform services on behalf of the Company during this notice period.
