Notice on Actions We may Take Upon Termination as Set Forth Above. We, on our own accord, may place a stop payment on any share draft, item or Transaction if we are notified or otherwise reasonably believe that any of the foregoing circumstances have occurred. If you do not accept any deposit or part of a deposit that we attempt to return after termination, then such deposit will no longer earn dividends. You may terminate a single party account at any time by notifying us in writing. We have the right to require the written consent of all parties to a multiple party account for termination. Club accounts may be terminated if deposits are not made within certain time periods in successive periods. We are not responsible for any draft, withdrawal, item or Transaction after your account is terminated. However, if we pay any item after termination, you agree to reimburse us upon demand.
