Notice; Opportunity to Cure. 1. Except as otherwise provided in Paragraph (B), immediately above, Procuring Agency will give Contractor written notice of Procuring Agency’s intended termination at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective termination date.

Except as otherwise provided in Paragraph (B)sub-paragraph A of this Clause and the Appropriations Clause of this Agreement, immediately above, the Procuring Agency will shall give Contractor written notice of Procuring Agency’s intended termination at least thirty (30) days prior to the intended date of termination. The Procuring Agency’s written notice of termination for default shall identify the breach upon which the termination is based and shall only be effective termination dateif Contractor fails to cure that breach within thirty (30) days.
