Common use of Notice Parties and Addresses Clause in Contracts

Notice Parties and Addresses. Any notice, approval, consent, acceptance, request, bill, demand or statement required or permitted to be given hereunder ("Notice") from either party to the other shall be in writing and shall be deemed given when received by overnight mail or when deposited with the United States Postal Service in a postage prepaid envelope, certified or registered mail, addressed to the other party at the addresses set forth below.
