Common use of Notice Prior to Execution Clause in Contracts

Notice Prior to Execution. Landlord and Tenant shall each give the other Party not less than ten (10) Business Days’ notice prior to executing any document creating, amending, assigning, restating, modifying or terminating any Record Agreement or Other Recorded Document, and in the event Landlord and Tenant disagree on the need for, or benefit or adverse effects of, any such document, Landlord and Tenant shall work together in good faith to resolve their differences, but in any event in a manner consistent with the rights and obligations of Landlord and Tenant under this Lease.
