Notice Prior to Manufacture. The Contractor shall give notice, in writing, to the Commissioner, sufficiently in advance of its intention to commence the manufacture or preparation of materials especially manufactured or prepared for use in or as a part of the permanent construction. Such notice shall contain a request for inspection, the date of commencement, and the expected date of completion of the manufacture or preparation of materials.
