Notice Regarding Compelled Disclosure. In the event Employee is requested pursuant to, or required by, applicable law or regulation or by legal process to disclose any Confidential Information, Employee shall provide Company with prompt notice of such request(s) to enable Company to seek an appropriate protective order or pursue other authorized procedures to challenge the attempt to compel disclosure. Employee shall cooperate with Company, at Company’s expense, in its efforts to challenge such compelled disclosure.
