Employee understands that the assignment of Inventions set forth herein does not apply to any Invention for which no equipment, supplies, facility, or trade secret information of Corporation was used and which was developed entirely on Employee's own time, and which does not relate directly to the business of the Company or to its actual or demonstrably anticipated research or development, or which does not result from any work performed by Employee for the Company.
