Notice Regarding Iran Sanctions. The Guarantor shall immediately notify Ex-Im Bank and the Ex-Im Facility Agent upon obtaining knowledge that the Borrower or the Guarantor or any Relevant Person that is owned or controlled by the Borrower or the Guarantor, is or becomes subject to sanctions under Section 5(a) of the Iran Sanctions Act.
