Notice Regarding New Franchised Restaurant Leases. In the event that any Securitization Entity, or the Manager on behalf of any Securitization Entity, receives any written notice from a lessor of any lease included in the Real Estate Assets regarding the lack of payment or alleging any breach, violation or default under the applicable leases or action be taken to remedy a breach, violation or default, excluding any such notice in respect of non-monetary breach, violation or default as to which the Manager is contesting or expects to contest in good faith, the Manager shall promptly, but in any event within fifteen (15) Business Days from such receipt, notify the Trustee and the Control Party.
