Common use of Notice/Show Cause and Cure and Termination Clause in Contracts

Notice/Show Cause and Cure and Termination. a Upon occurrence of any of the defaults, The Hospital Authority shall issue notice of show cause to the Concessionaire. b If the Concessionaire fails to demonstrate to The Hospital Authority that the default has been cured or fails to satisfy the Hospital Authority, the Hospital Authority may terminate this Agreement. c The decision of the Hospital Authority to terminate the agreement shall be final and binding on the Concessionaire.
