Common use of Notice to a Clearing Agency Clause in Contracts

Notice to a Clearing Agency. Any notice to a Clearing Agency under the provisions of this Indenture shall be valid and effective if delivered personally to, by facsimile to or, subject to section 10.5, if given by registered mail, postage prepaid, addressed to the Clearing Agency at its address as listed on the register maintained by the Trustee or as otherwise provided to the Issuer and shall be deemed to have been given on the date of delivery, the Business Day immediately following the date such notice has been sent by facsimile or on the third Business Day after such letter has been mailed, as the case may be. A Clearing Agency may from time to time notify the Issuer of a change in address which thereafter, until changed by further notice, shall be the address of the Clearing Agency for all purposes of this Indenture.
