Notice to Account Debtors. In addition to, but without limitation of, the rights granted in Article III hereof, Agent may, at any time after a default has occurred that is continuing, notify the account debtors or obligors of any accounts, chattel paper, negotiable instruments or other evidences of indebtedness included in the Collateral to pay Agent directly.
