Notice to all Banks. As soon as practicable after each Borrowing Date for Bid Loans, the Administrative Agent shall notify each Bank (whether or not its Bid or its Bids were successful) of the aggregate amount of Bid Loans advanced pursuant to the relevant Bid Loan Request on such Borrowing Date, the maturities thereof, and the lowest and highest interest rates at which Bid Loans were made for each maturity.
