Promptly give notice in writing to Bank of (a) the occurrence of any Event of Default, as defined in Article VII; (b) any change in the name, identity or corporate structure of Borrower or Guarantor; or (c) any uninsured or partially uninsured loss through fire, theft, liability or property damage in excess of an aggregate of $100,000 to Borrower or to Guarantor.
