Notice to Beneficiaries. Any notice, request or other communication to be given to a Beneficiary shall be given or sent to the address of the holder recorded in the securities register of Exchangeco or, in the event of the address of any such holder not being so recorded, then at the last known address of such holder, in any manner permitted by the articles of Exchangeco, and shall be deemed received at the time specified by such articles. Accidental failure or omission to give any notice, request or other communication to one or more holders of Exchangeable Shares, or any defect in such notice, shall not invalidate or otherwise alter or affect any action or proceeding to be taken pursuant thereto.
