Notice to Bondowners of Default. If a default occurs of which the Trustee is by Section 10.01(g) deemed to have notice, is notified by the Issuer or by the owners of at least 10% in aggregate principal amount of Bonds then outstanding, then the Trustee shall give written notice by mail or by other acceptable standard, including facsimile, to each owner of Bonds then outstanding and to such other person or entity any owner directs the Trustee to notify.
