Notice to Collateral Agent and Administrative Agent. The Seller agrees that, concurrently with its delivery to the Purchaser, copies of all notices, reports, documents and other information required to be delivered by the Seller to the Purchaser hereunder shall be delivered by the Seller to the Collateral Agent and the Administrative Agent (who will provide each Lender (except if such Lender is also the Administrative Agent) with a copy promptly upon receipt thereof).
