Common use of Notice to Custodian Clause in Contracts

Notice to Custodian. When Shares are redeemed, the Transfer Agent shall, upon receipt of the instructions and documents in proper form, deliver to the Custodian a notification setting forth the number of Shares to be redeemed. Such redemptions shall be reflected on appropriate accounts maintained by the Transfer Agent reflecting outstanding Shares of the Fund and Shares attributed to individual accounts and, if applicable, any individual withdrawal or distribution plan.
