Notice to DOT. 1.41.1 The Lessee shall by notice furnish to DOT, in reasonable detail, information in respect of the insurance that it poses to avail and maintain, not later than 45 days prior to the commencement of Implementation Phase. Within 30 (Thirty) days of receipt of such notice, Dot may require the Lessee to effect and maintain such other insurances as xxx be necessary pursuant hereto, and in the event of any difference or disagreement relating to any such insurance, the Dispute Resoilution Mechanism under this Agreement shall apply.
